The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
My experience at Summit Hotel Greenhills was disappointing. The room we stayed in was not properly maintained as the bathroom fixtures needed urgent renovation, and the water pressure was inconsistent. Also, I found myself having to reactivate the key card every morning, which became quite inconvenient and frustrating.

i almost thought about giving a nice review. but then i remembered the hair in the shower and the fact that i had to wait 5 minutes for food only to find out room service ended at 8:30. i even expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles but got nothing. just a dissapointing experience all around.

I had a delightful stay with friendly and accommodating staff. The room was clean and cozy, and I truly appreciated the presence of multiple water stations on each floor, promoting an eco-friendly environment. The gym and pool were excellent amenities too.
Breakfast options could be improved.

Had a wonderful stay with cozy, comfy beds and great value for the price. I loved relaxing in the indoor pool and enjoying the peaceful rooftop lounge area. Just wished the bathroom could use a little sprucing up, but that didn’t take away from my experience! 😊
